Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation
You may cancel your LiveRounded Health subscription at any time from your account settings. There are no cancellation fees, no retention calls, and no minimum commitment periods. Your access continues through the end of your current billing period.
Refunds — medication not yet shipped
If your monthly medication has not yet shipped at the time of your cancellation request, you are eligible for a full refund of the current month's subscription fee. Contact your care team or email support@liverounded.com to initiate.
Refunds — medication already shipped
Once your medication has shipped, refunds are prorated based on the number of days remaining in your billing period. Compounded medications cannot be returned once shipped due to patient safety and storage requirements. Contact support to initiate a prorated refund.
Refunds — not approved for treatment
You are never charged unless your NP approves your treatment plan. If you are not approved for treatment after completing your intake assessment, you will not be charged and no refund is necessary.
Pausing your subscription
You may pause your subscription for up to 90 days from your account settings at any time. No fees apply. Your care team remains accessible during a pause.
