Shipping Policy

Shipping included

Shipping is included in your monthly subscription price. There are no separate shipping fees, handling charges, or expedite fees.

Shipping method and timing

Medications ship within 2–4 business days of NP approval. Delivery typically takes 2–5 additional business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email when your order ships.

Temperature-controlled packaging

Compounded GLP-1 medications require refrigerated storage. Your medication ships in temperature-controlled packaging with cold packs designed to maintain safe temperatures during transit. Upon receipt, store your medication in the refrigerator (36–46°F / 2–8°C).

Geographic restrictions

We currently ship only to patients located in licensed states: Florida, Colorado, Arizona, and Washington. We do not ship internationally. If you relocate to a state where we are not licensed, we will notify you and pause your shipments until we can arrange appropriate care or refer you to another provider.

Compounding pharmacy

Your medications are compounded and dispensed by an FDA-registered 503B outsourcing facility. The specific facility will be identified on your medication label. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. The FDA has not reviewed these drugs for safety or effectiveness.

Lost or damaged shipments

If your shipment is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact your care team immediately. We will coordinate a replacement shipment at no additional charge. Do not use medication that has been improperly stored or shows signs of damage.
